One of my friends is having their one year olds birthday party on a Sunday (they work at home during weekdays). I love them to death but nobody- even if they love the kid, wants to spend their Sunday at a one year olds birthday party. Toddler parties are exhausting.. Why would you want to spend a day meant to relax and rest chasing sugared up toddlers? I’m frustrated because if it were on a Saturday, you could at least go home, stay up a little bit doing something for yourself, and then have all of Sunday to enjoy.
