My child is 16 months old and my wife and I are attempting to transition them to a toddler bed. It's not a convenient time to make the switch because we just had a second child. The newborn has a crib of their own, so it's not being passed down or anything like that. The reason for the transition is that my toddler can climb out of their crib and we just learned of it this week.I have a million questions on what I should be doing to make this a smooth transition for them. They cannot escape the bedroom because it is a door knob and they can't turn it completely. But currently, they're screaming at the door and I don't know if I should just move them back to the bed repeatedly or what. That is my main question and concern. Please help. via /r/Parenting https://ift.tt/3aVaSuc
